I was told by another well known plumbing company which is supposed to treat its customers like family that it would cost $20,000 to fix the issues with the plumbing on my Roman tub after they broke and removed the old working fixture. Kevin and Albino looked at it, made some suggestions and went with me to U Plumb IT to get the correct fixture. Then they told me what I needed to do to have the fixture installed and Strutton gave me a tile guy to call. The bottom line is than it cost a tiny fraction to fix my bath and it looks beautiful. Kevin is a problem solver and I am a customer for life.

Strutton completed a job for us yesterday. We are very happy with their services. The first appointment was an assessment of what was needed. The next time they came out, they installed 2 new faucets we purchased from the recommendations received on the initial call. The job was well done, professional service, timely manner and VERY clean. I was a little worried it would be a messy situation. Not at all! They even took the old faucets with them, so we did not have any trash to deal with ourselves. Much appreciation for wearing a mask as suggested by the CDC guidelines.

These guys are the real deal. I called them on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so thankful they told me about Strutton. I received a bad quote from my prior plumber, so I brought Strutton in for a second opinion. I ended up having to replace all 3 of my toilets. I purchased the toilets through Strutton, which came with a 1 year warranty. Miguel and his partner arrived on time, and once they removed the original toilets, discovered more serious problems that we were previously unaware of. They stayed over 6 hours to ensure the work was completed correctly. I cannot recommend their hard work and dedication enough! I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.

I never thought I would actually want to hug a plumber! I had a toilet in my house that has been barely flushing for over 3 years. I have probably had ten master plumbers look at over that time frame, and none of them could confidently diagnose the problem. They guessed at expensive fixes ranging from replacing the toilet to replacing the sewer line. These guys arrived at my door very respectful put on shoe covers moved my things out from under my sink.... Unclogged the sink and put everything back nice and neat.
